In Other News...

I've been working a lot on my project for Tracy which combines two materials called bedfellows. I chose to use resin and ice to make a chevron patterned necklace in the round. So far, with help, printed my part in resin on the Asiga printer and molded it using dragon skin. A few test runs have shown me that the ice will be stable but will melt faster than originally anticipated. The running joke right now is that I'll have to go first during final crit or I won't have a necklace to show.
